Murphy and Nahrstadt to be Featured Speakers at National Conference
October 26, 2017Edward J. Murphy and Bradley C. Nahrstadt will be featured speakers at the 2017 Primerus Defense Institute Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith and Professional Liability Seminar to be held on November 9-10, 2017 in New York City. The seminar, which is expected to attract attorneys and claims professionals from across the country, will focus on issues particular to insurance coverage, bad faith and professional liability. Murphy will be giving a presentation entitled, “Coverage Implications of Multiple Representation, Multiple Policies and Non-Insurance Contracts.” Nahrstadt’s presentation is entitled, “Professional Liability Implications Arising out of Matters Involving Multiple Representation, Multiple Policies and Non-Insurance Contracts.”
