Nahrstadt Serving as Adjunct Faculty Member
February 21, 2018Name partner Bradley C. Nahrstadt is currently teaching a course on pre-trial litigation for the University of Illinois College of Law in the school’s Chicago program. All areas of litigation, from the drafting and filing of the complaint through the final pre-trial conference are covered in the course, with particular emphasis placed on pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement discussions and trial preparation.
