Nahrstadt Serves as General Editor of Well-Regarded Insurance Treatise
October 12, 2015Bradley C. Nahrstadt recently served as the General Editor of a one-volume treatise on insurance law published by the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education (IICLE). Illinois Insurance Law, which contains twelve chapters ranging from basic types of policies and coverage to excess insurance and declaratory judgment actions, is marketed as a “comprehensive practice handbook [that] includes in-depth analysis from Illinois attorneys on the legal issues unique to [insurance claims].” In addition to serving as the General Editor, Nahrstadt authored the chapter on Claims-Made and First-Party Policies and co-authored the chapter on Bad Faith Claims in Illinois.
