Nahrstadt Speaks at Day Long Webinar Presented by the National Business Institute

The webinar, entitled “Disfigurement and Loss of Limb Injury Cases”, provided the plaintiff and defense perspectives on handling these difficult cases. Nahrstadt spoke on the topics of investigation in cases involving disfigurement, scarring, burns, loss of limb and paraplegia, proving/disproving loss of consortium and enjoyment of life, advanced insight into calculating damages for lifetime care and lost income and earning capacity: advanced economist techniques.
