Ms. Man earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2020, where she was on the Dean's list, won CALI awards in legal writing, and participated in DePaul Appellate Moot Court Society. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations, magna cum laude, from Loyola University.During law school, Daiana was a judicial extern with the Honorable Judge John Robert Blakey. She was responsible for conducting research and drafting opinions on dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss and a motion for summary judgment. She also gained valuable experience during time with the DePaul College of Law Moot Court Society.

Associate
Ms. Man is an associate who focuses her practice on defending commercial, construction, premises liability, product liability, and transportation claims.
Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, Daiana worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office where she gained extensive practical experience in the courtroom, including with trials and dispositive motions such as motions to suppress evidence and motions to dismiss. She regularly prosecuted traffic and misdemeanors cases in Cook County's Third Municipal District. During this time, Daiana further developed her advocacy skills and demonstrated a high degree of decorum in and out of the courtroom.During law school, Daiana was a research staffer for the DePaul Journal for Social Justice and was a research assistant to a professor emeritus for multiple years. In her free time, Daiana enjoys reading and gardening.
