Sahrish Moyeed is a litigation associate who focuses her practice on the defense of premise liability, construction liability, transportation liability, and product liability claims. Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, Ms. Moyeed was a Legal Fellow at the University of Illinois Office of University Counsel. Ms. Moyeed graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2017, She graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Public Relations and Advertising in June 2014.
Amanda Zink is a litigation associate who focuses her practice on the defense of personal injury, premises liability, construction liability, employer liability, and product liability claims. Ms. Zink has exceptional research and writing skills and has won over 20 motions for summary judgment for her clients. Her high attention to detail, organization and clear and concise arguments regarding complex matters give her clients a distinct advantage in the courtroom. During her legal career, Amanda has handled complex personal injury and wrongful death matters, construction litigation, premise liability, employer litigation, products liability, property damage, catastrophic fire loss claims, condominium disputes and sexual abuse cases. Amanda has extensive arbitration and trial experience. Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, Amanda spent more than a decade as in-house counsel for The Hartford, where she defended its insureds in both federal and state court.
Sarah Bourdet is a litigation associate of Lipe Lyons Murphy Nahrstadt & Pontikis Ltd. who focuses her practice on the defense of premises liability, construction liability, transportation liability, and product liability claims. Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, Ms. Bourdet represented clients in creditors' rights claims, collection matters, social security disability claims and appeals. Ms. Bourdet graduated from Central Michigan University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting. She earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law in 2013.
John Dark is a litigation associate who focuses his practice on the defense of premises liability, construction liability, transportation liability, and product liability claims. Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, Mr. Dark worked for a Chicago-based firm defending insurance carriers and their insureds in personal injury claims. Mr. Dark graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2016.
Krista Krepp is a litigation associate who focuses her practice on the defense of premises liability, construction liability, transportation liability, and product liability claims. Ms. Krepp graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2018.
