September 5, 2012Name partners Edward J. Murphy and Bradley C. Nahrstadt have been recognized in the Super Lawyers Business Edition 2012. Both have been identified by their peers as Super Lawyers in the field of products liability defense.
According to the foreword to the 2012 Business Edition, the publication features “…the top attorneys in commercial practices across the nation…lawyers from more than 8,500 firms who have mastered their skills in business and transactional work; construction, real estate and environmental; employment; IP; and business litigation. Each attorney featured here, whether from a national powerhouse firm or a solo practitioner, exhibits excellence in the practice of law…”
Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a rigorous, multi-stage process in which peer nominations and evaluations are combined with independent research. Each year, lawyers are invited to nominate the top attorneys they have personally observed in action. Researchers then evaluate candidates based on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Candidates are then grouped according to their primary practice areas and final selections are made by special review panels composed of leading lawyers in each state.
