Ms. Ehlinger earned her law degree from American University Washington College of Law in 2025. From 2023 to 2025, she served as a managing editor for her brief. In 2025, she participated in the University’s top ranked clinical program.
Ms. Ehlinger graduated from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, with minors in Spanish, and Criminology, Law, & Society in 2022.

Jordyn K Ehlinger
Ms. Ehlinger is an Associate who focuses her practice on the defense of construction, insurance coverage, premises liability, personal injury, product liability, and transportation claims.
Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, Ms. Ehlinger worked as a law clerk at a Maryland law firm concentrating in personal injury and workers’ compensation where she gained experience in civil litigation. She drafted responsive pleadings and dispositive motions. She assisted in trial preparation, including drafting motions in limine, jury instructions and witness preparation.
As an Associate with Lipe Lyons, Ms. Ehlinger represents insurance companies and their insureds in state courts in a broad range of civil litigation matters. Her practice focuses on defending claims involving personal injury, product liability, insurance, catastrophic loss, construction injuries, and transportation. Since joining Lipe Lyons, Ms. Ehlinger has successfully defended clients through various stages of litigation, including case evaluation, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Ms. Ehlinger has experience taking and defending depositions, as well as drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions on behalf of her clients.
Ms. Ehlinger is dedicated to providing thoughtful, practical, and strategic representation, helping clients navigate through complex legal matters.
