Mr. McNeal received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in May of 2024. He received his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business in May of 2024. Mr. McNeal received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wichita State University in 2014.

His experience includes advising on the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, SEC rules, global securities regulations, corporate governance, risk management, and data privacy issues, and reviewing commercial agreements.
