Edward N Cain

Mr. Cain is an Associate who focuses his practice on the defense of commercial, construction, premises liability, product liability, and transportation claims.

As an Associate with Lipe Lyons, Mr. Cain dedicates his practice to representing clients in commercial cases along with insurance companies and their insureds in state court and in federal courts across the country in a wide range of civil litigation matters. His practice focuses on defending claims involving personal injury, catastrophic loss, construction injuries, premise defects. Since joining Lipe Lyons, Mr. Cain has successfully defended clients through all stages of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
 
 Mr. Cain has helped resolve numerous matters through mediation and settlement conferences, working to achieve efficient and favorable outcomes for his clients. Mr. Cain is committed to providing practical, strategic representation and to guiding clients through complex litigation with diligence and attention to detail.
