We recently represented Lycoming Engines and Textron in a class action product liability suit seeking more than $60 million in damages for alleged defects in 5,000 reciprocating aircraft engines. In the recent past, members of the firm have been retained as regional counsel for a large consumer of welding rods and as regional counsel for one of the leading optical manufacturers in the country.
