For example, we currently represent Lycoming Engines and Textron in a class action product liability suit seeking more than $60 million in damages for alleged defects in 5,000 reciprocating aircraft engines. In the recent past, members of the firm have been retained as regional counsel for a large consumer of welding rods and as regional counsel for one of the leading optical manufacturers in the country. Members of the firm currently serve as local trial counsel in asbestos litigation for two major clutch manufacturers and as local trial counsel for one of the largest propane tank manufacturers in the country.

Members of the firm are consistently contributing to the body of knowledge surrounding product liability defense by speaking at litigation conferences and authoring articles on topics of interest to defense practitioners and clients.
