Mr. McNeal received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in May of 2024. He received his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business in May of 2024. Mr. McNeal received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wichita State University in 2014.

Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, Marcus worked at a Chicago-based firm researching and analyzing corporate, commercial and fund issues, tracking global changes in securities law, including Securities and Exchange Board of India.
