Ms. Burris earned her Juris Doctor from UIC John Marshall Law School in May of 2020. She was on the Dean’s List and participated in Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution, Student Bar Association, Black Law Students Association and Constance Baker Motley Mock Trial Competition, regional quarterfinalist.Ms. Burris attended Illinois State University graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Sciences and a minor in political science in May 2015.

Ms. Burris is an associate who focuses her practice on the defense of premises liability, breach of contract, product liability and transportation claims. Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, Treyana worked as an associate at a Chicago-based law firm where she gained experience in representing insurance companies in state and federal courts for general and professional liability matters, premises and product liability, trucking and transportation, nursing home and employment.
