Mr. McGinn received his Juris Doctor degree from UIC John Marshall Law School in May of 2022. He received his Bachelor of Arts with a double major in English and Creative Writing in December of 2018. .

Mr. McGinn was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in November of 2022.
Mr. McGinn is a Senior Associate whose practice focuses on defense of personal injury, commercial, premises liability and first-party insurance claims. Mr. McGinn has experience defending cases in both state and federal courts and has successfully defended claims through all stages of litigation. In his time at Lipe Lyons, Mr. McGinn has engaged in complex motion practice, taken and defended numerous fact and expert depositions, and participated in arbitration. Mr. McGinn has also prepared several cases for trial and helped to negotiate favorable settlements for his clients.
Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, Kevin worked with a firm in Chicago specializing in personal injury defense in auto and insurance litigation. His experience included managing 70-80 active matters and brought numerous cases to resolution through settlement, pre-trial settlement and non-binding arbitrations.
