Trammell attended DePaul Univesity College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in May 2022. He received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award (highest grade) in his Labor and Employment Law, class during the Spring 2021 semester. Trammell graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in May 2015.Admissions

Trammell is an associate with Lipe Lyons who focuses his practice on the defense of commercial, construction, premises, product liability, rideshare, and transportation claims.
Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, Tramell worked as a Title IX and EEO Investigator. He was the lead investigator of Title IX cases and complaints of unlawful discrimination and harassment under federal law. He also served as an advisor to supervisors, managers, and department heads on employment liability involving retaliation, discrimination, harassment, and accommodations.Trammell is an active member of the following organizations:
